Introducing Josh Brammer: The Strategist Behind the Strategy

by | Apr 3, 2026 | Aviation Updates

If you’ve worked with OneTeam Aviation Marketing recently—or even in the years before that—Josh Brammer has already shaped your experience. You just didn’t know his name yet.

Before officially joining OneTeam as our COO and Lead Brand Strategist, Josh was our business coach. We met through the StoryBrand community, grounded in a shared belief: clear, customer-focused messaging is the foundation of marketing that actually works.

That connection turned into a coaching relationship—and ultimately, into this.

Josh helped shape how we think about strategy and how we show up for the aviation businesses we serve. In many ways, the foundation of this agency was built through conversations with him.

So when the opportunity came for Josh to step into an executive role, it wasn’t a leap. It was a natural next chapter for someone who’s been invested in our success from the beginning.

What Josh Brammer Brings to the Table

Josh brings nearly 20 years of experience leading agencies, advising executive teams, and building systems that actually stick.

He’s been on the operator side—running his own agency, serving as COO at a service firm, and leading customer experience at a digital agency. He’s not advising from the outside. He’s been inside the machine, which means he understands where things break down—and how to fix them.

More importantly, he brings a clear methodology.

Josh’s approach to strategy is rooted in clarity: clear goals, simple processes, and consistent follow-through. For aviation businesses navigating long sales cycles and relationship-driven growth, that kind of discipline isn’t just helpful—it’s essential.

As our EOS Integrator, Josh is also responsible for how OneTeam operates internally—the systems, rhythms, and accountability structures that allow our team to deliver consistently at a high level.

Because when an agency runs well on the inside, it shows on the outside.

What This Means for Our Clients

Q1 was one of our most active quarters yet. We onboarded a number of new clients—and Josh was right in the middle of it, not just getting settled, but immediately contributing to strategy across the board.

What sets Josh apart is how holistically he thinks about growth.

He’s not just looking at your marketing. He’s looking at your entire revenue engine—how awareness becomes interest, how interest becomes conversation, and how those conversations turn into revenue.

That includes:

  • Sales enablement tools that help your team convert with confidence
  • Messaging and materials that move prospects forward faster
  • Referral partner strategies that generate warm, high-quality opportunities

For aviation businesses—where trust is everything and sales cycles are long—that kind of end-to-end thinking is the difference between marketing that looks good and marketing that actually drives growth.

Looking Ahead

We’re entering Q2 with strong momentum, a growing team, and a leadership structure I’m genuinely proud of.

Having Josh in this role doesn’t just strengthen our team—it expands what’s possible for our clients.

We’re grateful for what he brought in Q1, and even more excited about where we’re headed together.

If you haven’t had a chance to connect with Josh yet, you will. And when you do, you’ll quickly see why he’s become such a critical part of how we help aviation companies grow.

Josh, welcome to the team. We’re just getting started.
